When to expect a response from our support team?

Ed Direction has 2 full time team members that are responsible for keeping up with the most current customer support inquiries. All email notification should be expected to be addressed within 24 business hours of submission. In addition to our School Support email contact – EdThrive is proud to offer a 24 hour bug report service via UserSnap. These notifications are sent directly to Ed Thrive support personnel and the development team for swift customer response.
